The mission of JDS Creative Academy (JDSCA) is to advance education, training, and opportunities in visual, performing and digital arts. We provide students the expertise needed to advance to higher arts education, and to enrich workforce development pathway opportunities in a competitive high-tech marketplace.

We have amazing year-round programs, classes, live productions and special events that include a 3-day Digital Arts Festival, Haunted Studio, Fall & Spring Classes, and Summer Camp Activities.

November 30th 2021

As a non profit JDS Creative Academy relies on donations to keep our studio running. For giving Tuesday this year JDS is putting all the donated funds towards updating our studio with new chairs and stage lighting. We are also budgeting to hire more career coaches for our participants!

Six-Time Winner in the 41st Annual Telly Awards

JDS Creative Academy (JDSCA) and Spirit of Innovation are proud to announce that the SOI Update and a safety PSA produced by the JDSCA job-training participants each won a Telly, along with four segments from our magazine style news and information show Spirit of Innovation, in the category of news-feature.

The theme this season was “Telly Award Winners Tell Great Stories” and the #JDSFamily couldn’t be more honored to know that their work is reflection of this theme.
