Join us for a celebration of family, tradition, and community!
A Semester of Creativity.
A Showcase Worth Celebrating.
At JDS Creative Academy, students get to explore their ideas, develop their skills, and experience the excitement of creating something together. Our Spring and Winter Showcases bring that process to life, giving family, friends, and the community a chance to see what our students have been working on throughout the semester.
Enjoy a musical theater production featuring our performers alongside the creativity of our Backstage Production class. From building sets and preparing costumes to coordinating lighting, makeup, and scene changes, these students help turn rehearsals into a full production. The showcase also features readings of original scenes from our Scriptwriting students, with Sunday screenings celebrating projects created by our Filmmaking class.
Every performance, scene, and screening represents students trying something new, solving problems together, and finding confidence in their creative voices. You get to be there for the moment they share it with the world.
Bring Your People. Cheer on Ours.
You don’t have to know someone in the cast to be part of the celebration—our Winter Showcase is open to everyone! Bring the kiddos for an introduction to live theater, make it an outing with friends, or come meet the creative community right here in Temecula. There’s something special about seeing local talent take the stage and knowing your applause is part of that experience.
Attending is a simple, meaningful way to support arts education and help creativity keep growing in our community. For a young audience member, it might even spark an “I want to try that!” moment. Our school-year classes offer opportunities to explore musical theater, backstage production, filmmaking, and scriptwriting, with enrollment typically opening about six weeks before each semester begins.
General admission is free, making it easy to join the fun. For those who would like a preferred spot, Front Row and Prime seating are available for a small additional cost. Reserve your seats, bring your enthusiasm, and help us give these students an audience to remember!
