About the Class

Ready to have fun with writing? Each week covers a new topic, giving you hands-on experience across multiple writing styles. Whether you’re interested in scriptwriting, blogging, poetry, or storytelling, this class will introduce you to exciting writing techniques while helping you develop your unique voice.

You’ll learn how to:
Write compelling dialogue – Make conversations feel natural and engaging.
Master storytelling – Craft powerful narratives across different formats.
Explore creative nonfiction – Experiment with blogs, personal essays, and reviews.
Perform your work – Gain confidence by sharing your writing on stage.
Prepare for contests – Learn about submission processes and industry opportunities.

Through in-class exercises, guided instruction, and collaborative discussions, you’ll develop and refine your personal projects. By the end of the course, your work will be showcased live on stage for family and friends!

Cost: $500 + $48 registration fee
